A few things I know to be true:

1. Real estate is more than its price tag. This is your home and in many ways a container for your life. Let's honor that first.

2. Everything is possible. Focused, positive energy fuels amazing results.

3. This is serious but that shouldn't stop us from having fun. This is Aspen. It's amazing, beautiful, and life at its best.

Let's do this

Is there really no inventory?

In every possible news source regarding real estate there is one common message these days. Low inventory, no inventory. Homes are scarce.

In actuality, we are having some of the highest closing months in decades so there is definitely inventory.

No doubt there is minimal standing inventory but there is inventory out there. It's just not sticking around very long.
